We are synthesising known and new substances according to the literature or given instruction, including final characterisation. Part of the commission can be also engineering and/or scaling up of the process to the industrial scale. Confidentiality of all information is standard, part of the commission can also be process documentation/technology of production. We are not manufacturing cancerogenic, mutagenic and teratogenic substances.

Extractions of plant material, thickening of extracts and isolation of natural compounds

We are offering extractions of supplied plant materials with organic solvents or with water, including necessary preliminary operations like drying or milling of plant material according to the customer wishes. We are also able to separate raw extract into fractions or isolation of major compound with its characterisation,careful thickening of extracts under the reduced pressure to the required dry mass. Part of the commission can be comparison of different extraction methods. Typical extractable materials are for example leaves, bark, blossom, roots, seeds etc.

• Amount of material for extraction should be 1 kg - 100 kg of plant material.

Final crystallisation

We are offering final crystallisation of pure and highly pure solid substances for pharmaceutics, cosmetics, food industry and other purposes, where the GMP is not required (eg. phase I of clinical trials). Commission can include engineering and/or scaling of final purification step of any substance, including preliminary operations like drying, milling, chromatography, treatment with active carbon etc. according to the specification. Product is shipped with complete analytical documentation including m.p., dry mass optionally optical rotation and other indicators according to specification. Regeneration of expensive solvents is possible. We are not working with cancerogenic, mutagenic and teratogenic substances.

Engineering of chemical syntheses and processes

We are offering consultations and engineering of chemical syntheses and processes in the field of organic chemistry in the half-industrial to industrial scale. We have experience mainly with scaling oflaboratory processes into half-industrial scale with subsequent industrial usage.
